Sometimes the pictures dictate the colors! Euro-disney's It's a Small World had fabuous colors so I carried that theme through this 2 page layout! Tip: I'm a thrifty scrapper. Notice the squares on the border and the squares under the vellum journaling--I used the leftover "garbage" frames to create the doodads at the bottom of page one and the middle of page two with background paper, stickers and eyelets.
